There is a report, banks have started giving out old 500 and 1000 naira note

 Access bank, Zenith Bank and G.T Bank here in yenagoa have started paying old naira notes.

Customers are paid 10k each inside the banking hall, all in the old note.

Zenith bank is paying 20k to its customers.
