Owner Of “ELUU P” Trademark Issues Cease And Desist Notice Over Unauthorized Use

 

Since the 25 February Presidential and National Assembly Elections, Stephen N. Muoka, the now-famous creator and owner of the "ELUU P" brand that went viral, has issued a cease-and-desist public notice through his attorneys. The notification is titled "ELUU P" TRADEMARK: CEASE AND DESIST notification and is dated April 6, 2023. It is directed to "whom it may concern" and the "general public."
